There are still new developments at Hotel Troense. On 1 September, Kasper Larsen will take over as the new manager, while Claus Rasmussen says goodbye after his final working day on 8 September.
On that occasion, Hotel Troense invites locals, guests, partners and friends of the house to drop by Tuesday 8th September between 15:00 and 17:00. Here there will be the opportunity to say thank you and goodbye to Claus and at the same time greet Kasper and welcome him to Troense.
Kasper Larsen joins Hotel Troense from a position as restaurant manager at Den Gamle Kro in Odense at a time when development is in full swing.
The hotel's 36 rooms have undergone an extensive refurbishment with a focus on creating bright and inviting surroundings with the special seaside hotel atmosphere that characterises Hotel Troense. The next step will be the large function room, which is due for a refurbishment and will create even better settings for receptions, parties and events.
We are really pleased with what has already happened at Hotel Troense, and we still have many plans for the place. With Kasper, we are getting a director who knows the industry and knows what it takes to both run and develop a hotel like ours. At the same time, we would like to say a big thank you to Claus for his efforts and wish him all the best for the future, says owner Keld Askær.
In the midst of development, it is important to hold on to what makes Hotel Troense special. The hotel must continue to be an idyllic sanctuary by the water, where seaside hotel charm, nature, peace and quiet, and great experiences go hand in hand. At the same time, the hotel must provide an attractive setting for the business community with space for meetings, conferences and corporate events, in surroundings that allow for both deep focus and new perspectives.
