Terms and conditions for rooms, not package deals and groups

Should a room be cancelled before 12:00 PM, 2 days prior to arrival, it will be free of charge.

In any event, the hotel may require to be indemnified for expenses relating to specially agreed services that cannot be cancelled.

Reductions to the number of rooms booked will be made at no charge if they are requested before 12:00 pm, two days prior to the stay.

If the number of booked rooms is reduced after 12:00 PM, two days before the stay, the hotel may claim compensation equivalent to 100% of the cancelled services.

We are registering your personal data for the purpose of receiving an order from you.

The personal data is registered with Hotel Troense and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed about precisely what information is being collected and why.

The director and employees of Hotel Troense have access to the information registered about you. The data controller for hoteltroense.dk is Hotel Troense. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

Information provided to Hoteltroense.dk is used only in connection with the order and dispatch of the item. Otherwise, this information is in no way passed on to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

As a registered guest at Hotel Troense, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. You have these rights under the Data Protection Act and any requests in connection therewith should be made to Hotel Troense via email at mail@hoteltroense.dk

Terms and conditions for changes and cancellations of meetings and courses

Courses & Conferences

Cancellation: Cancellations of a course/conference before 12:00 PM, 4 weeks prior to the event, will be free of charge.

Should a course/conference be cancelled before 12:00 PM, one week prior to the event, the hotel may claim a refund equivalent to 50 % of the price for the booked meals.

If a course/conference is cancelled before 12:00 noon, 2 days prior to the event, the hotel may claim compensation equivalent to 75 % of the price for the booked meals.

 

Upon cancellation of a course/conference, after 12.00 PM, 2 days prior to the event, the hotel requires compensation equivalent to 100 % of the price for the booked covers.


The hotel can in any event require to be indemnified for expenses for specially agreed services that cannot be cancelled.

 

Changes

If the number of ordered envelopes is reduced no later than 12:00 PM, 4 weeks before the event takes place, this will be done at no cost.

When reducing the number of booked covers by 10 %or more, before 12:00 PM, 1 week before the event, the hotel may charge compensation equivalent to 50 % of the price for the number of cancelled covers exceeding the initial 10 %.

Example:
If 100 covers have been booked and 15 covers are cancelled 10 days before the event (before 12:00, 1 week before the event), the 10 covers (the 10 %) can be cancelled free of charge, whereas the remaining 5 covers (in addition to the 10 %) must be settled at 50 %of the agreed cover price.

If the number of ordered covers is reduced by 10 %or more, later than 12:00 PM, 1 week before the event, the hotel may claim compensation corresponding to 75 % of the price for the number of cancelled covers exceeding 10 %.

If the number of confirmed covers is reduced after 12:00 PM the day before the event, the hotel will charge 100% of the price for the confirmed covers. In all cases, the hotel may require compensation for expenses incurred for specially agreed services that cannot be cancelled.

Companies

For a company event, a booking for 20 people or more is understood.

Cancellation: If a company event is cancelled before 12:00 PM, 4 weeks prior to the event, there will be no charge.

If a company event is cancelled before 12:00 PM, one week prior to the event, the hotel may claim compensation equivalent to 50 % of the price for the booked covers.

On cancellation of a company event, before 12:00 PM, 2 days before the event, the hotel may claim compensation equivalent to 75 % of the price for the booked covers.

For cancellation of a company event, after 12:00 PM, 2 days before the event, the hotel requires compensation equivalent to 100 % of the price for the booked covers.

The hotel can in any event require to be indemnified for expenses for specially agreed services that cannot be cancelled.
