Inviting meeting facilities for any purpose

Hotel Troense has a wide selection of meeting rooms, suitable for various types of meetings. We have rooms for large gatherings of up to 120 people and smaller rooms for group work, reflection meetings or for topics that may be of a slightly more sensitive nature. We will, of course, ensure that the tables are set up as you wish, to match the type of meeting you have chosen.

Day meetings, courses and conferences are one of our areas of expertise. The hotel's meeting rooms are cosy and atmospheric, and they have all the necessary IT equipment and furnishings available for your meeting. Wireless internet, projectors, whiteboards and flipcharts are all included in the price of the solutions we offer. Our meeting facilities have hosted a multitude of events over the years, and Hotel Troense's staff thus have experience with a wide range of meeting formats – all designed specifically to meet your needs.

If you need to stay overnight in the hotel's comfortable rooms, this is of course also an option. In particular, if the meeting extends over several days and nights, this is worth recommending.

  • All-day meeting 8am-10pm
  • Day meeting - 24 hours 8 AM - 8 AM (next day)
  • Day meeting - on a 24-hour cycle, 12:00-13:00 (next day)
  • Two-day meeting 8 am-4 pm (next day)
  • Day meeting 9am-5pm
  • Morning meeting 8 am - 1 pm
  • Afternoon meeting 12pm-5pm
  • Evening meeting 4 PM-10 PM

Our meeting packages include multi-course catering, free parking at the hotel, and the option of indoor and outdoor activities in Troense's beautiful surroundings.

We will naturally serve you coffee, tea, water, cake, fruit and other refreshments as desired for your meeting.

A buffet and/or dining in Hotel Troense's restaurant is included in several of our meeting packages. All this with the aim of creating the best and most nourishing setting for your day meeting in Troense, whether it's for a short or longer duration.

The surroundings invite you to go outside your meeting room

Besides the cosy atmosphere of the hotel's meeting rooms, we offer our warmest recommendation to explore the surrounding nature. The water and green spaces are quite literally on your doorstep. Courses and day meetings can even take place outdoors, right down to the water's edge on the South Funen coast.

Hotel Troense is located a 40-minute drive from Odense and a very short distance from Svendborg and the attractions of Valdemars Slot and Egeskov Slot.
