Troense Badehotel is idyllically situated by Svendborgsund – surrounded by peace, nature, and the special atmosphere that characterises South Funen. Here, water, light, and historical surroundings meet in an atmosphere where the pace slows down and presence is given space.
Behind the hotel stands owner Keld, who with many years of experience in the business world and a strong passion for development and quality has helped to give the place new life. Over the years, Keld has been involved in a number of companies – including within the hotel and restaurant industry – and brings solid business acumen to Troense Badehotel.
Day-to-day operations are handled by hotel manager Claus, who brings many years of experience. With a background as both a chef and a waiter – and formerly as a restaurant manager at places including Nyborg Strand, Mørkeborg Kro, and Møllekroen – a holistic experience has been created where hospitality and professionalism go hand in hand.
In the kitchen, we start from the classic, but with an innovative perspective. Everything is made from scratch with respect for the ingredients and with a focus on taste, season and good craftsmanship.
